Rooster is a 197-unit mixed-use residential building with Portage Bay Cafe, and Bol Bistro in the retail shops. The building is located one block from the East Link Light Rail Station, in Seattle’s Roosevelt Neighborhood. We named the building after former President Teddy Roosevelt's favorite pet while in the White House. A one-legged Rooster.
