We work to create spaces around the culture of art, food + drink, and music in the urban environment. We share a love of cities and strive to understand what makes them work and how to make them more livable.

Patrick Foley

Managing Partner & Co Founder

Patrick directs development, capital relationships, and overall company strategy. He is actively involved in entitlements, deal structuring, and project execution, with an interest in placemaking and building projects that strengthen neighborhoods. He is also focused on scaling the company’s next phase and is helping drive the growth of the Localis investment platform.

Tyson Feaster

Managing Partner & Co Founder

Tyson leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing capital markets, project equity and debt, and company-wide financial performance. He works closely with investment partners and lenders, supports strategic initiatives including Forge Management, and drives the internal systems and processes that enable the company to scale and execute consistently.

Managing Partner

Cait plays a central leadership role across the company, overseeing asset management, investment partner relationships, and portfolio performance. She is deeply involved in Forge Management strategy and supports company-wide initiatives including branding, market research, and team operations, helping ensure projects and partnerships perform at a high level

Jeffery Judson-Baker

Investment Manager

Jeffery leads acquisitions and plays a key role in capital formation, deal structuring, and the rollout of the Localis investment platform. He is deeply involved in underwriting, financial modeling, and pipeline execution across the company’s investment strategy

Norah Potter

Development Manager

Norah leads development execution across the company’s Salt Lake City portfolio and supports the expansion of new projects in San Diego as well as Seattle. She manages projects from concept through delivery, contributes to project visioning and strategy, and supports acquisitions efforts with market insight and development expertise.

Sarah Eddy Thies

Project Manager

Sarah manages development projects across the company’s Seattle portfolio, supporting projects from early feasibility and entitlements through design, construction, and delivery. She plays a key role in coordinating consultants, public agency processes, and project teams to help move projects efficiently from concept to completion.

Georgina Murphy

Controller

Georgina leads the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, overseeing project and corporate budgets across the portfolio. She manages the finance team and coordinates closely with lenders, investment partners, and tax advisors to help ensure accurate reporting and disciplined financial management

Lisa Pleas

Contracts Administrator

Lisa supports project accounting and contract administration across the company’s portfolio. She manages consultant and vendor agreements, supports project cost reporting, and reviews pay applications to help ensure contracts are properly executed and project costs are tracked and paid accurately.

Kevin Wong

Assistant Controller

Kevin supports corporate and project accounting across the company’s portfolio, including financial reporting, cost tracking, and internal controls. He works closely with the finance and development teams to help ensure accurate financial information and consistent reporting across projects.

Natalia Farr

Asset Manager

Natalia oversees asset performance across Lake Union Partners’ operating portfolio, including ownership-side management of Forge Management and coordination with third-party operators. She is responsible for business plan execution, leasing strategy, operating budgets, and property marketing initiatives. Natalia also supports ground-up development planning, contributing to operating pro formas, unit mix, and amenity strategy to help ensure long-term asset performance and resident experience.
