We work to create spaces around the culture of art, food + drink, and music in the urban environment. We share a love of cities and strive to understand what makes them work and how to make them more livable.

Investment Associate

Lucy focuses on underwriting new leads, modeling project & partnership returns via waterfall structures, supporting the development due diligence process, and providing hold/sale analysis for LUP’s existing assets.

Lisa Pleas

Contracts Administrator

Lisa manages consultant agreements including construction, design, legal, and creatives. She also supports budget management and pay applications on each project.
