The Korn Walker Block is a collection of the oldest buildings in Seattle. Constructed after Great Seattle Fire of 1889, this project includes a half of a City block in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood next to Occidental Park where LUP in partnership with Unico Properties is restoring the existing buildings and replacing floors destroyed by fire during the past century. The new Korn Walker Block will be a mix of neighborhood retail shops, grocery, and creative office users.
