LUP is partnering with evo of Seattle to create the Granary Campus in Salt Lake City's historic Granary District. This original early 1890's warehouse is being transformed into an evo flagship store, Salt Lake City Bouldering Project, Level Nine Sports, an indoor skateboard park, an 85 bed outdoor recreation oriented hotel, creative office space, along with two restaurants and bars.
