LUP partnered with evo of Seattle to create the Granary Campus in Salt Lake City's historic Granary District. This original early 1890's warehouse has been transformed into an evo flagship store, Salt Lake City Bouldering Project, Level Nine Sports, an indoor skateboard park, an 85 bed outdoor recreation oriented hotel, along with two restaurants and bars.
