Rooster is a 197-unit multi-family mixed-use building developed by Lake Union Partners in Seattle’s Roosevelt Neighborhood. The transit-oriented development site is located in the heart of the retail core one block from the future Sound Transit North Link Light Rail Station with easy access to Interstate 5. The neighborhood is well-served by I-5, multiple bus routes, and a park and ride that connect Roosevelt to the rest of Seattle and adjoining communities.
