The building is located in one of Seattle’s oldest residential neighborhoods and is anchored by a mix of Seattle local shops including Hello Robin, Cone & Steiner General Store, 19th Avenue Salon, and Bounty Kitchen. The vision of the project was to provide housing with street level commerce, and a gathering place for residents and the neighborhood to connect.
