Located in the heart of the Seattle's historic Black community, LUP, alongside our partner HAL Real Estate, worked closely with community members on design priorities for our largest project at 23rd and Union. The project includes an 18,000 sf central public square, surrounded by retail shops. The vision of this project is to establish a place of commerce, residential living, and arts + culture, where all people feel at home, especially the historic Black community

Fountain of Triumph, Dr. James Washington Jr. bronze, and Juan Alonzo Rodriguez .

The central public square will include retail shops and be host to farmers markets, live music, and other cultural events.
