The historic Eitel Building in Seattle was repurposed as The State Hotel, an independent hotel with 91 guest rooms and the Ben Paris Restaurant.
Built 1904 – Rebuilt in 2019 - 91 Hotel Rooms and Ben Paris Restaurant + Bar
Located adjacent to the historic Pike Place Market, the 1904 Eitel Building, originally a medical dental building and had been vacant since the early 1970's. The project was brought up to the current building and seismic code and was recreated as a 91-room independent hotel, which features local and international art by our collaborators Shepard Fairey (Obey Giant), Kate Blairstone, Kyler Martz, Takiyah Ward, Keanna Pickett, Ryan Molenkamp, and Jessica Cantlin.
