Tyson oversees the financial activities of LUP. His background as a commercial lender and a CFO provides the foundation necessary to handle the various financial complexities inherent in commercial real estate. Tyson’s current company responsibilities include project capitalization, lender and investor relations, project and company financial management and the development of new financial relationships.

Pat focuses on project vision and execution of the development business plan. His extensive background in adaptive re-use of heritage buildings and development of new-construction projects provides a valuable perspective for LUP and our partners. Pat oversees the development strategy from concept through underwriting and stabilization, and leads project team selection with our design, construction, and asset management consultants.

Cait manages our existing asset portfolio and the marketing strategy behind all of our projects. She is responsible for market analysis, project programming, and design direction during the development of our projects and the financial performance of our stabilized assets. Cait works closely with our design and management teams to ensure that each building is appropriately positioned for renters in each submarket. She also focuses on the retail leasing for our projects, identifying and executing leases with local businesses that complement each project.

Newton's focus at LUP is site acquisition and development management. He is a licensed landscape architect with a versatile background in urban planning, architecture, and economics. With a unique creative and analytical skill set, Newton plays a critical role in managing complex projects from concept through construction and stabilization. He is responsible for feasibility and market analysis, financial underwriting, due diligence, and design/construction team coordination and management.

Brendan’s role at LUP spans the entire development cycle and includes all aspects of evaluation, execution and performance of development projects within the LUP portfolio. His financial background provides the basis for an in-depth understanding of project economics and financial modeling, and practical experience working as the developer for a major Seattle contractor for over a decade has helped shape a strong understanding and focus on project execution and completion. Brendan’s unique background helps underscore his approach to handling all aspects of the development process from feasibility and financial modeling through due diligence, jurisdictional approvals and consultant and construction management.
Kyle’s focus at LUP is site acquisition, capital development efforts and financial projection analysis. Applying his background in real estate finance and brokerage, he brings a unique skill set to quickly analyze complex transactions and determine their value to our firm and clients. Kyle is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions, conducting feasibility and market analysis as well as developing complex financial models from inception through stabilization
With a background in construction management, Norah’s primary focus is overseeing projects through the construction phase. She works closely with the contractor and design teams to ensure that the project is meeting design intent while maintaining budget and schedule. Her responsibilities at LUP include cost analysis, design/construction team coordination and management, and due diligence. Norah has an educational background in civil engineering as well as significant experience working with a general contractor and brings a wealth of construction management experience to LUP.
Georgina is LUP's controller and oversees all project and internal accounting. Georgina has over a decade of experience in real estate accounting and finance. In addition to developing all project budgets and tracking costs through completion, Georgina plays a key role in overseeing the contract administration and cost management on all projects. Georgina also manages risk mitigation and insurance management on all projects. Georgina also oversees all project and company reporting, including investor reporting on development projects and financial reporting on existing assets. Georgina works closely with all team members at LUP, from early feasibility to stabilization and disposition.
